Glass Fusing Workshop - Sunday 5th February 2012

Create your own unique and unusual gifts, jewellery, and decorations as you explore the world of kiln-fired glass art.

 

During our one-day workshop, guided by experience glass artist and tutor, Dawn Turner, you will learn how to cut and layer glass, as well as variety of decorative techniques such as inclusions and bas-relief.  Throughout the day, Dawn will demonstrate as well as help you design and make your own glasswork, which can be used to make pendants, earrings, sun catchers and much more.

 

At the end of the course, you will finish up with a variety of pieces that will be fired in the studio for collection at a later date.

 

All equipment and enough materials for several small pieces are included in the price of £45.00 for the day.

10 am - 4 pm - tea, coffee, soft drinks are provided throughout the day, but please bring your own lunch
